Cumbria House — With its majestic façade of tiered triangles and gracious front-facing courtyard, the Cumbria House design creates an impressive and welcoming first impression. The Cumbria House is the most formal expression of Arts and Crafts design at Windermere. The twin garage wings sweep up to paired symmetrical gables hovering over a walled entry piazza. The generous floor plan organizes ground-floor common areas — kitchen and living, family, dining, and breakfast rooms — around a grand central staircase. On the second floor, the spacious master suite is flanked by four bedrooms, three additional baths, and study.

The third-floor finished attic provides floor-long open areas for additional guest accommodations, office, game room, and attic storage.
