Lancashire House — The Lancashire House design's homey, traditional façade is made even sunnier by the numerous dormer windows across the second-floor. The Lancashire House is a traditional long English cottage sheltered under a large, dormered attic. A generous, deep foyer with wide staircase comfortably divides ground-floor common areasÑkitchen, dining, and family rooms on one side, and a grand living room and separate cozy library on the other. The master suite is also located on the ground floor.

The second floor contains four generously sized bedroom/bathroom combinations and additional common areas perfect for game, home office, or family study rooms. Standard features in the Lancashire House design include Christopher Peacock Kitchens, Waterworks fixtures, hardwood floors, wood-burning fireplace, sports-equipment room, authentic cedar roofs and Marvin windows, and acoustic insulation throughout the home. The Lancashire House design also accommodates an optional landmark tower integrated into the side of the home, with a standard three-car garage on the opposite side.
