Westmorland House

Westmorland House — Created on a square footprint topped by a pyramidal roof, the Westmorland House design is the most ample and unique in the Windermere community. The Westmorland House utilizes its centralized, pyramidal form to take advantage of Windermere's beauty in all directions. On the ground floor, beveled corners make for a beautifully shaped entryway and common rooms (library, dining, and breakfast rooms) with porches. These are alternately linked by sumptuously designed and proportioned kitchen, living, and family rooms, all arrayed around a central hall/foyer.

On the second floor of the Westmoreland House, the master suite and three bedrooms are all generously sized and appointed with comfortably designed dressing, storage, and bathroom amenities. The third-floor finished attic also provides for two additional bedrooms.
